Q?Will I lose my home if I decide to enter into a Debt Agreement?

This is a common concern. A debt agreement only covers your unsecured debts but not your home or your home loan. If your creditors accept your proposal for a Debt Agreement, it is not likely that you will have to resort to selling your personal property. However if you do not make the required home loan payments to your credit provider, they may still repossess and sell your property..

Q?Can you help me with a single interest free repayment without needing to declare bankruptcy?

Yes we can – this is what we do all the time.

Q?I am currently an undischarged bankrupt, can I get some assistance from you?
A.

No we can not assist people who have not been discharged from bankruptcy. All your unsecured provable debts should have been included in you bankruptcy. We suggest that you contact your bankruptcy trustee for advice.

Q?Can I get an unsecured personal loan for debt consolidation through you even though have some history of bad credit?
A.

We do no offer unsecured personal loans – these are products of the bank and we generally refer all personal loan enquiries through to them. If your debt consolidation application has already been declined by your bank, chances are you will not find a lender willing to offer you an unsecured personal loan for debt consolidation.We can however try and assist you with a different debt solution.
